Are you a natural leader with a passion for driving sales performance and customer satisfaction? We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to join our high-performing sales team to new levels of success.

As Account Manager, you will take full accountability for achieving sales targets and productivity goals for the depot.  Your hands-on approach and leadership will be key to sustaining our reputation as “every chef’s first choice.”


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive a high-performance sales culture with a strong focus on coaching, mentoring, and ongoing development.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring all complaints are swiftly transformed into positive outcomes through proactive engagement and resolution.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and deliver a service experience that reflects our customer-first ethos.
  • Collaborate with the depot management team to share insights and trends, addressing long-term service issues.
  • Monitor and control costs to contribute to the overall profitability of the depot.
  • Ensure alignment with depot-wide objectives and work closely with other department leaders to achieve shared goals.
