About the role

Overview of role
As our Group Leadership Development Partner, you’ll lead the design and delivery of innovative, high-impact learning programmes that develop existing and future senior leaders. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, People Partners, and wider L&TD community, you’ll co-create and embed leadership solutions aligned to our business goals, values, and cultural ambitions.
You’ll design scalable, blended learning journeys that blend facilitated sessions, digital resources, and coaching. You’ll deliver 1:1 and group coaching to senior leaders, support competency framework development, and evaluate impact using real data to continuously improve what we do.
This is a high-profile, hands-on role with real scope to shape leadership culture across our group of companies.
What You’ll Be Doing
Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders across the group to assess leadership capability needs and co-create development strategies.
Design and deliver tailored leadership programmes that reflect our Vision, Mission and values — Care, Share, Dare.
Coach senior leaders individually and in groups to support growth, leadership impact, and performance.
Review and evolve leadership competency frameworks to ensure alignment with our future capability needs.
Build strong, trusted relationships across all businesses to become the go-to expert in senior leadership development.
Create accessible, blended learning pathways using digital tools and on-demand content.
Lead programme evaluation using Kirkpatrick’s model (levels 1–5) to measure impact and ROI.
Promote inclusive leadership, psychological safety, and a culture of ongoing learning.
Stay up to date with trends in leadership development and bring fresh insights into our approach.
Provide flexible support across other L&D projects in Sales, Business Support, and Operations as required.

Committed to continuous professional development and bringing in external insights.
Desirable

Knowledge of wholesale, foodservice, or multi-entity businesses.
Experience supporting leadership through change and transformation.
