As a National Account Coordinator, you’ll be the key link between our field based National Account Managers, the customer and the depot. This exciting opportunity is key role within our internal sales team.
About the role
This is a pivotal, multi-dimensional role, being the link between our National Account Managers, customer sites and the depot. You will blend data insight and understanding, and build strong customer relationships, seeking out new opportunities within certain sectors of our National Accounts as well ensuring optimum service across our portfolio. You will identify customer trends, and keep all stakeholders informed of menu changes and upcoming events. On a day to day basis you will also help the existing Account Manager team with sales opportunities and customer excellence. This is a truly exciting and varied role focusing on strong relationships and growth.
Skills and experience
As National Account Coordinator, you’ll be analytical, being able to spot customer buying patterns and trends and communicate these to sales, buyers and Account Managers. Previous Telesales experience is essential (preferably within food service but, not essential). You will have strong PC skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook and, have an excellent telephone manor. Passionate and highly-motivated to succeed you will actively look for sales and growth opportunities and convert into sales actions. You’ll know the competition – and know how our points of difference can make the difference. This is a key role as we expand our reach and become ‘chef’s first choice’.
