This is truly big picture business development and you will understand the needs of customers, suppliers and teams to help them succeed. As Business Development Manager, you’ll be highly-skilled in a range of areas and highly-motivated to succeed. You’ll be fascinated by customer need and understand the changing nature of their business. You’ll be analytical – translating date and insight into actionable strategies. You’ll be personable – communicating your plans with management, sales teams, customers and suppliers. You’ll know the competition – and know how our points of difference can win. And you’ll bring with you a history of big new business wins and astute commercial ideas. This is a key role as we expand our reach and become ‘chef’s first choice’.
