We're looking for a Factory Operative to join our production team. Working in a fast-paced chilled environment, you'll play a key role in preparing and packing fresh products ready for delivery to our customers.

What you'll be doing
- Preparing, processing and packing fresh food products
- Working accurately to meet quality, food safety and production standards
- Checking products to ensure they meet customer specifications
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Following company procedures and food safety requirements at all times
- Supporting colleagues to ensure production targets are achieved
- Working efficiently in a chilled food production environment
- Helping make sure customer orders are completed accurately and on time
What we're looking for
- Previous factory, production, warehouse or food manufacturing experience is beneficial
- Experience working in a chilled or fresh food environment is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, organised and able to work at pace
- Basic literacy, numeracy and IT skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
