We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Multi-Drop Driver (3.5T) to join our team in Colchester. If you enjoy driving, delivering excellent customer service, and working independently while being part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As the face of our business, you’ll play a key role in ensuring fresh ingredients are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete multi-drop deliveries efficiently and on schedule
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stop
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Load and unload goods safely and responsibly
- Follow all driving, safety, and company procedures
- Work independently while supporting the wider transport team
Maintain high standards of professionalism and care
What we’re looking for
- Full UK Driving Licence (Category B – up to 3.5T)
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience preferred
- Experience within multi-temperature distribution is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good literacy, numeracy, and basic IT skills
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
