Working Hours
Weekly Contracted Hours - 42 hours (1st week 40 hours, 2nd week 44 hours)
Monday to Friday - 8 hours a day
Saturday - 4 hours every other Saturday
Hygiene Operatives play a vital role in ensuring our customers are kept safe by keeping our working environment clean. Responsible for the cleanliness of our production areas, machinery and external areas of the site.
Accountabilities – may include but not limited to.

Compliance with strict hygiene standards at all times

Responsible for the cleanliness of our production areas, machinery and external areas of the site

Conducting full deep cleans which will involve taking machinery apart, using chemicals and routine daily cleaning
|

To be aware of and comply with all requirements of the Health and Safety policy and procedure including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

To be aware of and comply with all fire safety procedures, including maintaining clear fire exits and escape routes.
|
|

|
To be aware of and comply at all times with relevant legislation involved in Food Safety and Food Hygiene.
|
|

|
To maintain a professional and polite attitude at all times.
|

|
In addition to your main duties, you may be required to carry out other duties consistent with your status and abilities as the Company may from time to time require.

Requirements for qualifications, specialist knowledge, skills or key behaviours the jobholder will need to demonstrate to do the job effectively.

- You will have experience working in multi-temperature environments
- Experience working in a similar role
- Awareness of food hygiene.
