About the Role
Are you a natural leader with a passion for driving sales performance and customer satisfaction? We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team to new levels of success.
As Sales Manager, you will take full accountability for achieving sales targets and productivity goals for the depot. With autonomy to implement your ideas, you’ll lead and inspire your team of Account Managers, coaching them to exceed conversion and performance targets. Your hands-on approach and leadership will be key to sustaining our reputation as “every chef’s first choice.”
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Account Managers to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Drive a high-performance sales culture with a strong focus on coaching, mentoring, and ongoing development.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring all complaints are swiftly transformed into positive outcomes through proactive engagement and resolution.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and deliver a service experience that reflects our customer-first ethos.
- Collaborate with the depot management team to share insights and trends, addressing long-term service issues.
- Monitor and control costs to contribute to the overall profitability of the depot.
- Ensure alignment with depot-wide objectives and work closely with other department leaders to achieve shared goals.
